Analysing Colour

This piece uses muted reds, purples and blues to create an analogous harmony.

The scarf appears to be shades of red in relativity to the blues of the fur, however when shown against white it can be seen that these colours are actually varying shades of purple.

This digital painting prismatic blues, greens, reds and pinks to create a fantastic rectangle/tetradic harmony.

This allows nearly every point of interest to really pop and catch the attention of the viewer.

A few achromatic greys can be seen where two complimentary colours are close together around the skirt, but this draws attention away from this area as little is happening and the focus should be on the head and hand.
